Joe has been a police officer since 1973. He has served as patrolman, sergeant and currently holds the rank of chief. He is a board member of the PA Narcotic Officer's Association and the Fraternal Order of Police and also a member of the Luzerne County Drug Task Force. He is the recipient of the PA Narcotics Officer's Association Outstanding Police Performance Award. Joe is also an assistant wrestling coach at Crestwood High School. He has one son.
Royce has been in law enforcement for 22 years. He
has extensive training in all aspects of law enforcement. He is a certified NRA
Firearms Instructor. Royce is one of four officers certified in Luzerne County to
administer the Computerized Voice Stress Analyzer Exam. He is active in the Luzerne
County Drug Task Force, F.O.P. Board member, and also a member of the Pennsylvania
Narcotic Officers' Association. He is involved in the scouting program, the
Mountaintop Youth Basketball League, serving as its president for five years. Royce
is currently a supervisor for Dorrance Township and is active in its fire
department. He resides in Dorrance Township with his wife and two sons.
Mike has been a police officer for the past 18 years, and
has received extensive training in the areas of criminal investigation, narcotic
identification, vehicle code enforcement, and DUI prosecutions. He recently
completed an 80 hour motor carrier safety inspection course and is certified by the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to inspect any interstate trucks traveling in the area.
He is involved in many civic organizations in the area, as a police officer and in
his private life. He currently resides in Wright Township with his wife and their
three children.
Brian has been a police officer since 1993. He holds
a degree in Criminal Justice and extensive training in the areas of Criminal
Investigation, Drug Law Enforcement and Crime Scene Processing. Brian is a member of
the Luzerne County Drug Task Force, and the Pennsylvania Narcotic Officers'
Association. Brian is also one of only four certified operators of the
Computer Voice Stress Analyzer in Luzerne County. He is a life long resident of the
Community he serves and graduate of Crestwood School District. He is
married and has two children.
OFFICER SCOTT ROZITSKI Scott has been employed by the Wright Township Police
Department for three years. He has been a D.A.R.E. officer for one year. He is
certified as a Field Sobriety Testing Practitioner, in Narcotics Field Testing, and Top
Gun Certification for narcotics cases. Scott is a member of the Pennsylvania
Narcotics Officers' Association and the Luzerne County Drug Task Force. He holds an
Associates Degree and Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice.
David has an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and Act
120 Certification. He has been a patrolman for Wright Township Police Department for
two years. He is the School Resource Officer, (SRO), which works in the local high
school addressing students concerns and educating students about law enforcement. He
is also certified as a Field Sobriety Testing Practitioner In his spare time, he
enjoys golfing and riding his ATV with his police department partners. David was
just recently married.
OFFICER KRISTEN PAULSHOCK Kristen has been working for Wright Township Police Department for a year and a half. She has two associates degrees in Criminal Justice and Paralegal, and is Act 120 Certified. She is a member of the Luzerne County Drug Task force and also of the Pennsylvania Narcotics Officer's Association. She has training in narcotics identification and narcotics field testing and continues to receive various types of training.
